Cookies & Local Storage Policy

Effective date: July 26, 2026

1. Scope

This Policy describes cookies, local storage, and similar technologies on the RPE Pulse website (https://rpepulse.app) and, where applicable, on-device storage in the mobile app. Contact: rpepulse@gmail.com

2. What they are

Cookies are small files a site may store in your browser. Local/session storage serves similar browser functions. In the mobile app we use secure on-device storage (e.g. for session) that is not a browser cookie, but is disclosed here for transparency.

3. Types we use

A) Strictly necessary / functional • Locale preference. • Session or tokens needed for authenticated areas (if any on web). • In the app: auth session (e.g. SecureStore) to keep you signed in. B) Preferences • Basic UI choices when present. C) Security and diagnostics • Minimal server technical logs (may include IP and user-agent) to operate and protect the Service. D) Analytics / marketing • By default, the marketing site does not rely on third-party ad networks. If analytics are added later, this Policy will be updated and consent requested where required.

4. Legal basis

Strictly necessary cookies are used because they are required to provide the site/service you requested. Non-essential cookies, if enabled, will rely on consent or another basis allowed in your jurisdiction.

5. How to control them

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. On mobile, you can sign out and/or uninstall the app to remove app-local data. Blocking necessary cookies may break parts of the site (e.g. language or forms).

6. Third parties

Infrastructure providers (hosting, email) may process technical connection data. Paddle may use technologies required to operate checkout and has its own policies for payment and billing. Service Privacy / Terms: https://rpepulse.app/en/privacy and https://rpepulse.app/en/terms

7. Account deletion

Account and personal data deletion is explained at https://rpepulse.app/en/delete-account and in the Privacy Policy. Clearing browser cookies does not delete your server-side account.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy; the effective date indicates the current version.
